Drink Up!

lemon-in-water.jpg    I have never been very big on sports drinks. Instead, my favorite thirst-quencher is water with a bit of lemon. But if you are someone who likes to drink down a Gatorade or something of the sort after a tough workout, several sports nutrition experts in an August 2007 Forbes.com article agree that it is important to first know what’s in your beverage of choice.

There is a cool quiz that goes along with the article. It was not one of my best, — I got a 6 out of 10! — but it was cool to learn a few new things about liquids and exercising.
